Survey Results on Link2Home and Capacity during COVID-19

Wednesday, 13 May 2020

Across the state, thousands of people are being placed into Temporary Accommodation as an emergency response to COVID-19.  The three homelessness peaks are working to inform and support the NSW Government to plan for their exits and advocate for positive housing outcomes. We surveyed homelessness services in NSW to this end, and to understand:

  • current conditions for services across the state during the pandemic including levels of demand,
  • whether current processes in place are effective, and
  • the capacity of the sector to support increasing flows of people into and out of TA.
