The NSW Department of Community Services (DoCS) administers the Supported Accommodation Assistance Program funding in NSW.
The Department of Housing is the lead agency for the Partnership Against Homelessness. The NSW Government established the Partnership in 1999 to improve services to homeless people by bringing together the NSW government agencies responsible for homelessness service provision.

The DoCS Domestic Violence Line is a statewide free-call number and is available 24 hours, seven days a week. The Domestic Violence Line provides telephone counselling, information and referrals (including accommodation) for people who are experiencing or have experienced domestic violence.
