This Module will cover how to plan for and undertake the external assessment.
There are three stages to this:
- Stage 1 involves working with your Assessor to develop the agenda for the site visit
- Stage 2 involves informing, engaging and preparing your clients, staff, the Board and partner organisations and external stakeholders, and
- Stage 3 involves planning and implementing the logistics of the site visit.
